Last Day Out West.. Saying Our Good-Byes

It was the last day in Chilliwack, and we didn't want to leave. We were visiting for the last time before we left. Our plane didn't leave until late at night, so we were able to have a whole family dinner out before we left. B.C was one of the best trips i have taken, and i would go back out in a heart beat!

Meeting Some Interesting Friends in Whistler

There were many different areas in the village of whistler that had an animal monument outside their store, so we decided to get pictures with them! This was the cow outside the icecream shop and the bear was outside of a chocolate shop! I don't like chocolate but they had the best caramel covered apples ever!

Vancouver 2010 Olympics

When we were up in Whistler, they had displays put up for the 2010 winter olympics that are going to happen in Vancouver. We decided to have some fun and get some pictures with the displays, looking like we were actually there.

Snow in the Summer?

As my brother and I went ziplining, my cousins, aunt and uncle and my mom went up on the gaundala. They weren't dressed for snow because it was in the summer, it was cool so they had jackets and pants. They were definatly not wearing heavy jackets or boots, just sandals.

Ziplining

My favourite time down in Whistler was when my brother and me went ziplining. We went ziplining through Cougar Mountain. It was so much fun and you could go up to 100 mph. I would say that it looks scary but once you get suited up, you will have such a good time.

The Mushroom House

When we got to Whistler we went to my cousins condo, just past the village of Whistler. As we were driving up to the condo we saw a very unique house. This house was built to the shape of a mushroom. It had everything on the outside of a mushroom and my cousin was saying they saw the inside and it was all shaped the same on the inside.

On The Road Again, I Just Can't Wait to Get on The Road Again...

When we got to Chilliwack B.C we just relaxed a bit at my aunt and uncles placed and had a great visit, cause we haven't seen each other in a long time. Two days after we got there we were heading up to Whistler with all my family that lives in Chilliwack. We got some great pictures of the view on the way up, and it was very pretty with all the mountains aruond us. Here are some pictures on the road trip to Whistler.

The Pacific Ocean was on our left side,
we were driving on the coast line to Whistler.
These were some of the mountains that were
around us on the way up to Whistler.
